⬐Terms Of Service⬎
An invoice will be sent to you upon agreeing on the details of the commission
Details agreed upon prior to the commission CAN be changed after an adjustment fee if said details are already met.
Payments are made in USD and are accepted via Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp
Full payment is to be accepted upfront.
Partial payment may be offered if the commission exceeds $200. Only partial work will be completed until the full payment is made.
You may ask for small edits during the drawing(ex: missed a small detail, changing colors, etc.) free of charge
You are given one free major edit to the piece before it will be charged
I own the artwork, but I do not own the intellectual property or characters used in said artwork.
Commercial use is to be charged 150% of what the original price is.
COMMISSIONS BEING USED ON TWITCH, YOUTUBE, OR AS ANY FORM OF ADVERTISEMENT / BOOSTING VISIBILITY/SALES WILL BE COUNTED AS COMMERCIAL USE (WITH EXCEPTIONS).
You must credit me if the artwork is posted elsewhere
Failing to abide by these terms will lead to me canceling your commission with no refund provided
These terms currently apply under United States courts.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
